Hlo Guys, I would like to share my personal experience on customer service provided by the Kotak Bank. Actually I have Bank account in other private bank. I want to switch to Kotak bank.I register online for opening of saving account then I received a call from one of their executive to confirm my address and ask me ready with my identity & address proof. Their branch bank officer call me and said sir, we cant open the account because you are not having a ownership of your house.
I again received a call from kotak head office about account opening process, I explain them all. They promise me to talk with their bank officer as there is no requirement like ownership of house for opening a saving bank account. They actually wasted my 10-12 days in that process with no result.
I finally decided to open my saving account in other bank. Bank account opened in just 4days, So my humble advise to viewers just think about service before opening a account with Kotak.
