I am also one of the people cheated by Kotak mahindra of my hard earned money. I got a call from bank call center saying that they will give me a 0 balance account. Since I was having a car loan with them, so I thought of opening a saving account. But after 6 months I suddenly saw some 850 rupees deducted for Non maintenance charges(NMC).
On calling call center they told me that my account was opened under an offer with zero balance for limited time only. It was then I realized that I was cheated by Mr. Mahindra (420) and his staff. I will recommend you to not deal with these people as they don’t have any integrity. And In a sector like banking one cannot go with people who are cheaters. It is quite possible that tomorrow they may say that they don’t have any money and eat up all your hard earned savings.
I don’t care how many facilities they provide (I am not able to see anyfacility yet) but I can’t do banking with someone who is a cheater. At the end I will say
“Liars begin by imposing upon others, but end deceiving themselves”Finally they end up losing a customer (and more people like me who got cheated by them) and earned a bad name for themselves.
