My Dad Kotak Mahindra Bank which is close to our house; Went to open a savings account there. Father filled the form and handed it over to the officer. A week later the officer asked Dad to carry the passbook and also gave a receipt. But even after a week passed, Dad’s passbook was not ready. The officer made an excuse and advised Dad to come after 2 days. This shows how irresponsible the employees of this bank are. You should not open an account with this bank.
