I happen to open an demat account in Kotak, then a saving account, it was already a pain to get those two linked.. which took more than a month.. but I stll dont know for sure as I can not still trade.
I dont have my account activated yet, and since last two months am running after them (mail/phone) to get this done.. no response only promosises... this will be done in T+1 .. thanks for coopration ..
Our services are the best ...etc...
and everyday I get a spam type mail from kotak... there was one mail saying refer your friends and get reward... no wonder customers are not going there .. that they have to resort to these schemes...
finally today after loosing the oppurtunity to invest in IPO of DLF and ICICI, asked them to close my account ... and since morning have got no response... and am just hoping that they just please close my account .. at least I will get some peace...
My suggestion .. do whatever you want .. dont associate with Kotak ever.. there services will kill you ...
I have all the mails to prove my case...:-), just in case..
