Poor customer service

I got so many emails regarding opening account in kotak mahindra bank


so I thought that I should give it a try because I was totaly frustrated with the PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK .


I went to kotak mahindra bank first of all I told them that I am getting mails to open a account so I came here but the wokrers there were so rude to me nobody talked properly


then one of their member ( only sweet one there) came to me and helped me


he asked me to fill a form and attach my documents with it .i did all the things which was required


then they asked me to come in two days to get the account open and to get the card


I went there the third day and had to wait atleast three hours to get my card


I deposited 5000 in my new account


next day when I withdrawd d money I saw that 300 Rupees was already deducted from my account.


I called customer care n asked about that


he did not talked with me properly and told me that it is taken as charge


then I asked what kind of charge and why it was not mentioned that day when I came to open account.i mean they should tell on that day.they are fooling us by charging extra money


the atm of Kotak mahindra bank are also not easily available


so I did not like their customer services at all
