Worst bank service I have ever seen in my life. I m using kotak account from last 6 months and now I finally decided to close it as For the same thing u have lodge multiple complaints.
They cut your money in the name of some charges even for the same month they cut multiple charges in the name of same and on complaining they try to make lots of delay.
So that u forget about your complaint and even so if you continously call them they return your money but block your debit card so that you can not withdraw your money. This bank don’t even deserve a single star.
