Worst banking experiance in my life.

I am opened one jiwi account through online in bangalore yeswanthapura branch.after am applied they called me and told next day they will come and collect the documents.but next day they not came.then am called to them that time they told they forgot to collect next day they surely collect it.after 2 days they came and collect the documents and the amount of 10000Rs they asked also transfered online.when am asked they told within 7 workign days you will get atm card and pass book.next 2 weeks they are not responded, no updation, no mail, no sms.then am again called to them they told within 2 days it will activated.am sended 3-4 mail to the customer care.through phone also register complaint 3 times.this is one month over.still no reply.no updation.i have full proof that the reciept of payment and there auto generated mails and the voice records of their representetives.am plan to give a complaint in consumer court or ombudsman.


This is my worst banking experiance in my life.
