DONT AVOIDING SILLY MISTAKES IN 811

My friend told me there is a new zero balance account bank kotak mahindra 811 and it has very less interest rate so I thought this bank soundsgood and very nice in netbanking so I open this account in 3rd december its very slow to load an app this app only run best in fast network and sometimes its not open because of that I uninstalled this app 5-6 and login it and you login to this app you recieve a call from bank agent and so bad experience to me for fingerprint and sign I go to ambernath to ulhasnagar and agent phone is always busy its so difficult to go in a right location and main problem is my account has zero balance then I request for physicaldebit card then bank message me u have zero balance in account so u cant order debit it charges 199rs + service tax it takes approx 250 then I understand I go to bank add 300 rs in my 811 account then it shows you already issued for debit and there is still showing YES no changes but my money not cut from account so I ask a bank I have an issue of physicaldebit card so they tried to solve but it cant the told its very silly they give me number of customer care first call was cut in middle by customer service and its charges 5 or more rupees to talk a customer service so I instantly recharge from paytm then another service man lift call then check mine profile told me I hold a call for 2 mins and I waiting in hold still 5mins and suddenly call was cut then I come to home and my problem was still not solved.I mention my pictures hope you can give an suggestion in comment.
