I have opened Kotak Pro Saving account with you. And my relationship manager was sunny nagdevi from Borivali- W Branch.1st: He is not updated as to what documents will work or what not. It took him 15days from the submission to get my account activated.2. Please ask him how can I use my internet banking he is clueless he is not aware I have to create netcard ( which you Call center guy explained)still my problem is not resolved I tried to buy online and choose internet banking option was directed to kotak bank and where I get the following error."We are sorry we are unable to process your request as you do not appear to have any accounts registered for this service. Please call up our 24 Hrs Customer Contact Centre at our toll free - 1800 102 6022.
Error Code KPY008"I call up customer care again my DOB is 16:04:83 he says its wrong here I have not clue how that happened. He tell me you need to select Credit card option and not netbanking or debit card option to make the payment strange I did as he said still it does not work. I am asking my relationship manager from past 10 days to sort out this for me still he has not done that please check the call history now he does not pick up the phone too..these are just few instances but there has been a Huge issues from the time I have opened the account. I was thinking of getting my current account to kotak thank god I did not.
Same reviews will be posted on web portals like Mouthshut.com etc as its been the worst service given by a bank even after I choose a premium saving account. Does anybody even know how the products of the bank work??I had just called the nodal office Mr. Haresh Hiranandani
