I had applied for PL in Kotak (even some of my friends suggested not to go with this Bank). Bank sent some one to collect the document details. No response from their side. After 10 days when I called and enquired.
The staff (who had initially called me about the loan) said some stupid reasons like "no one was there in your permanent address when the person had been for verification".
Can’t they tell this as soon as verification was over? To get this response I was waiting for 10 days and even I did not get the call from them. Then I came to know about their work quality and went with some GOOD bank.
Now I came to know why this bank does not have brand name in the market.
