The worst experience I had with any private bank. I have requested for opening the a/c by filling an online form on 6 april 2013 & the executive collected all the required documents from me on 13 April 2013, but till date the a/c has not been opened. The bank people even not telling the reason for the same. I am calling the bank customer care & even wrote mails but didnt get any satisfactory response.
I even called the executive who has collected the documents & cheque from me, she picked the call & said that she will update me in half an hour, but no call from them. If I am calling the person she is not receiving the call, I have called 5-6 times. I called from some other number, she might have picked the call, & simply denied that she is not the one, she is her sister.
Worst, worst, worst.. This type of customer treatment, even before opening the a/c, I cant imagine how this bank is treating their existing customers.
