Not an user friendly bank

Kotak bank, when heard it was big name. Thought to open an account with bank. Bank is proividing you a facitlity of door account opening. As mentioned in website, I tried to open account with Kotak bank but still from last 1 month waiting for their executive to come and open my account. They called me 20 times till date for executive visit. Everyday they are taking appointment but no was coming for the account opening. May be I was selected 0 balance account and may be bank is not interested to open 0 balance accounts. Why bank is doing advertisement of facilities of bank. But if opening of account is so bad experience, I cannot imagine about other services how those will be bad. How could we go with such bank?
