I had taken car loan from Kotak few years back.Process was quite smootth.vPerson from bank called me and took all the documents he need.In week time I got my loan approved, bank person came with all the documents and gave the loan.Bank person also detaily explained the emi process and rate of interest, pre-closure and other things.After some days I received hard copy of the emi documents which has the breakdown of emi with start and end date od the loan.After some days I also opened account with Kotak but I see customer care is not responding properly.I think they are not professional enough like other banks and also waiting time is too long when we have some query and call them.Seems there representatives are always busy.ATM service is ok kind off, i did not find Any Atm near my home but other ways we find few.Need to improve on number of Atm’s.Internet banking as it is in other banks no issues.
