No Relation with Customer

These people have only one task. If you have any money in your bank, then they will pester you to invest in some of their scheme. That is when you will hear from the staff of the bank. They have a call center which starts conversation with "I am sorry." but do nothing.


There is a Relationship Manager who is allotted, but strangely will not have a phone number


If you go to the branch, it will be spik and span. There will be some people who ask your CRN number and start to bug you for an investment to one of their schemes. They will point out a small mistake like date slash missing and ask to correct it. but will avoid doing work.
