I am a client from last seven years and more, unfortunately they will charge you mimimum balance of 2017 in 2019 and carry on. They are blood sucker, beware. They will chew your hard earned money and run their business. If you wish to find a bank which can extract your money and reduce you to nothing then this is your best bank
