I ordered best complimentary card from this account trusting what is written on their website, that it takes maximum 8 days. Its been 10 days and there is no updation the card, I have received no message or email or call. And its been 4 days since I am continuously calling their customer care executives and every time either they dont have information or they tell me to wait. Each of their customer care executive tells me a different story! Its like everydays mental harassment explaining my story to them again and again.
I have never had such awful banking experience ever in my life. It is really sad, in four days I have not even got a single call back from them. Its ridiculous, if anyone is planning to open an account with them its a request please DO NOT!
Till the time everything is going smooth it is like any other bank but the moment you will face any issue, trust me you will have to put in all your energy and soul to talk to their customer care people who will tell you to wait on every call and wont even have courtesy to solve your issue or give you a call back!
Super sad I had a surprise planned for someone close and dear one for birthday but thanks to them it is all ruined!
