Hi Friends sharing my two worst experiences with Kotak Bank. I had a salaried account with kotak bank which tuned into the current account as soon as I left my organisation within 3 months and the clause is I have to maintain a minimum balance of rs 10000 every time but due to some emergency it came down once and the bank deducted 3000 rs as I could not maintain it for sometime without any prior information or notice which was not appreciable at least before deducting the amount they should notify the customer and this issue is still pending and I faced the second trouble from kotak,
I purchased some grocery few days back and paid through my kotak debit card once the transaction failed so again I made payment pf rs 249 and surprisingly got only one message from bank of amt deduction which was OK however while checking the online statement I got to know that amount has been debited twice when checked with customer care they confirmed the same and forwarded the complaint for this issue and the they gave me a time frame of 31 working days for the reversal which I really dont understand why it should take 1.5 month for my money reversal that too which was deducted without my knowledge. it is a complete cheating from Kotak. bad experience and worst time frame given to the customer.
