Great online banking, great security, great transfer procedures, excellent trading procedures, much better than ICICI, HDFC, . also the banking exp in Pune Aundh branch was excellent and the team was very supportive of my requirements. Unlike other banks, where if you don’t have a few lakhs in the account you are treated as cattle class, here it is irrespective. As I said earlier, use them for what they are good at. Don’t blame a bank coz u didnt read the rules of the game, if u don’t agree, check out a risk averse RBS and then u would agree.
