Kotak Mahindra Bank turns out to be the biggest silent manipulator of funds of its customers; there is absolutely no transparency in the way they charge customers; my friend got a shock of his life when his account was getting debited regularly due to some technical issue - which the bank was aware of - and still didn’t inform the customer; their customer care is absolutely unresponsive, they have absolutely zero commitment levels and hard core unprofessionalism.
To the extent that their employees are absolutely not loyal to the bank for more than an year or so. and they don’t blink an eye before saying so. I bear testimony to their unprofessional behavior, delays and high level of unresponsiveness to the smallest of matters.have written so many mails highlighting their attitude but they don’t even respond.
