KHO TAK GAYA

After merging vysya bank into kotak the process and the business with the customers has been again become slow.for each customer the bank appointed one relation officer for keeping business update and any type of quarries.unfortunately the officer just ignoring the customer by giving customer care service number.then why this system should be kept.the ATM service was soo bad.no words to describe the condition of the particular service.allways hang the playcard with written on no cash or out of service.phone banking service little bit good.need to improve more.the joking part is customercare service.i think they will kept for caring themself not for customers.they allways busy. the corporate bank KOTAK now seems to be like KHO THAK GAYA bank.
