Why is that I always have to seek for an explanation from your team and I feel its all waste because every month there is a lien put on account without any prior acknowledgement or explanation given to me and whenever I call up your team they tell me the same thing over and over again related to the dispute this seems to be ongoing for more than 5 months and I just being harassed by your banking team by charging my account for unnecessary Bounce charges(as their is no proper explanation and reasoning given to me for the charges), This has been ongoing for a very long time and I really feel to terminate all my services with you guys as it is very infuriating for me to tolerate this every month on month Last month there was a lien of 8 K previous to that there was Lien of 6 K and this month also there is a lien of 4 K, I am not working to pay for you guys even I have my liabilities and honestly with the way things are going I have lost of my faith in you guys. The worst Banker in my preview is Kotak Bank, Initially I had amazing experience but day by day you guys are just becoming intolerable. Note: you guys have denied to share the Ombudsman email Id with me twice and this is my right to raise an escalation also your executives are trained enough to handle escalations or give proper explanation to the customer poor services and worst banker i.e Kotak Bank hope you guys improve the service experience thats all.
