Kotak Personal Loan- Pathetic Customer Service

I applied for a loan from KOTAK Mahindra bank, Bangalore. The Agent was MR. Bhaskar. After submission of all the documents and the verification there is no response from Bhaskar or Kotak.


I tried to reach him over the phone many a times, he either does not answer the phone or disconnects saying its wrong number.


This in spite of telling him just to give me a status of the loan so that I can at-least go approach other banks if this does not work with KOTAK.
