One is over busy Mr. Agarwal b.m all the time in meeting sub staff Shivani, Ganesh never picks phone whatever the urgency maybe, no senior who can look at and monitor working. For a simple statement they ask to come to the bank , no cash delivery poor old bank.
Last resort to close account but I know it will not affect them at all because it is there culture they are not afraid of any complaints.
