I had applied for a current account for my company "Char-pixel Technologies" 40-50 days back and provided all the documents on time. But I haven’t received my account details till date and now I am fed up with the services of the bank.
Before starting the account opening process, I was promised amazing services and now it’s been 15 days and bank officials here at "Defence Colony, Delhi" branch aren’t doing anything. All I get false promises on the daily basis that I will get the account number by today or definitely by tomorrow. This is not a good way to treat a customer.
