Pathetic Customer service

The customer service is really very pathetic.


The number mentioned as "Toll Free" on the back on my Current a/c card charges Re1.5/min. For the first 3min you’ll be interacting with an Audio Bot and it will ask you some details regarding you account. And no matter you enter the correct info or the wrong one - the call gets disconnected after 2 to 3min and charging you some money, time and your patience. I had mentioned this problem with my account managers senior and she told me to skip the phone banking call my a/c manager directly for any help (they too acknowledge that their phone banking is pathetic). It’s been 5 months since I have calling my a/c manager to get a few things done - and he doesn’t give a rat’s arse.
