I have applied for a kotak credit card and after 2 months i received a formal call from customer care to pay outstanding bill for which i have not received the card. Now i am being harassed by credit control team rowdies to pay outstanding amount with warning type letters for every 15 days.
So dont apply for kotak credit card they will chew u r sleep.

On 19.12.11 one lady: dolly yagnik, assistant manager service quality, office of the nodal officer, consumer bank writes me and provides details of sms sent to me in an windows excel format, how can we think that is genuine or a modified format???
And she says "as per the terms and conditions, the bank is not liable or responsible for any transactions incurred on the card account prior to the time of reporting of the loss of card to the bank and the card holder shall be wholly liable for the same." when i have not received the said credit card then how can I pay outstanding amount of rs. 8, 788.91.
I am shocked how this network of making fraud works. Is there any involvement from bank staff??? Or from courier company who handles these shipments???
