Recently I had applied for Kotak card! Since it is having good offers I believe it will be good! During application process, whatever documents they are asking I had provided. But later some time I didnt get the approval. I asked why it is not approved.
They said your card has been cancelled! But we are unable to tell the reason why your card has been cancelled. Honestly I dont have any credit balance in any of my other credit cards. But still it has been cancelled! I am not clear. I asked then to tell the reason why my card application has been cancelled. they told it up to the bank we dont know anything.
And we cant tell anything about why your card has been cancelled. They further told that you can re-apply this card after 6 months. Then I asked unless until I dont know the reason why my card has been cancelled, even if I apply after 6 months also it will be rejected. Now they are saying it is a company policy. totally rubbish! It is the right of information to get the details for whatever we did. This credit card people very difficult to catch!
