After corresponding to Kotak people for more than five months, they never gave me the 1000/- vouchers promised. Finally agreed to cut the interest but not adjust the payment made earlier from the capital . I decided to end the torture I was going through and go for a settlement which they said they could offer best. Sometimes you feel that atleast the wastage of time and effort and mental torture will end if you pay extra. Well I was for wrong.
After giving me a weird settlement letter, taking the cheque and supposedly closing my account. They send me a statement again this month with the amount of leftover interest shown as pending payment!!!! These people are out of their mind and need to be kicked.
Everybody and anybody, don’t go for any kind of settlement with them. They are cheaters and will continue to harass you..
