I agree with other reviewers about Kotaks customer experience i.e. it is pathetic. It is worse than even public sector banks.
I am supposedly a Privy League customer and I needed services three times from the bank - twice credit card related and once savings account related - but every single time they failed to do anything. Doing a simple thing has taken them 6 weeks which even a public sector bank can do in 2 weeks.
Stay away from Kotak. There are several other better banks in the private space.
