I have applied for credit card 6 months ago. I have filled all the required information. they said I will be getting my card with in 15 days. still I didnt get my credit card and when ever I try to contact through customer care they says no person is available and will call in 30 minutes or after an hours etc but ti is very irritating when peorple tell me these explanations without getting my work done. before I dont take the credit card they called me but after all this was happened with me. now I want to clsoe my account. this worst bank atall.
