I applied for online jifi account with kotak mahindra. A representive of them contacted me and came to my place. He offered me to take credit card with them for which I gladly agreed as it would been my first credit card. He said if I open account with 10000 rupees, I will get credit card in 15 days. I proceeded for it. Did all documentations and process. I got notification about rejection, I contacted their employee and he said about making a request to his higher authority and he granted me a card. A month went and and I called him and asked about it, and he said your account is just jifi account and said I won’t get card for it, should go for current account also with them. He gave me strong commitment of giving a credit card and later turned back.
