I am writing this review with 10 years of experience with Kotak Securities.almost from 2004
My account was locked without any notice(no email or letter) and then the chase started with Kotak.day after day, week after week with their customer service to understand what they need.there is no fault of mine
- There was some fire accident happened hence they need documents of some clients
2. I have called their customer service to understand what document and why they need? No one that I have come across knew what fired and where?
2a.I have been to their local branch and they dont have any documents referred
- After lot of shouting and chase with KS I got hold of so called floor supervisor and she didnt follow-up to activate.i have to again dig the whole thing to check do they care for customers or not
4 .After lot of energy spent, I got the document delivered via courier to me
Submitted all that they have asked(referring to old documents), filled all infront of their employee who was referred by KS customer service, the documentation got rejected
The chase to activate my account is still not resolved.
And, the funniest part is, they are still charging the DP charges for the locked account
I have lost trust with Kotak as brand as I have had the same experience with Kotak insurance, Mutual funds etc.,
Never Never go with Kotak for anything.My ever worst experience
