I myself approached to them for opening an account, just to realize that it takes 7 working days to get an account, but as of today(3 weeks later), I have nothing in my hand. Now obviously when I called them to query, they took a complaint and gave me a reference number as well, then a day or so later a women rings me and say she will look into my complaint and tell me the status later, now how annoying could this be. In plain English, these women don’t understand u r problem, and u don’t get any prompt service, they are only to kill u r time and expect to get the problem solved by itself.,
To my knowledge, Discipline is required for sucess in share market and by far contradictory example is kotak.
Well this is just the beginning of mine with kotak, I have no idea how this thing could turn out. kind of fingers crossed. I think people good at knowing how this system works are quite mingled with this system but for freshers like me, it a night mare. Well because my first trade with kotak of 750/- is a loss to zero:(
