From my personal experience I have appreciated Kotak Securities to run with a backdated platform. Clients require to go to the broker’s office for very simple problems to solve which occur in a regular basis. But the service provided by their office including the customer care is too inexperienced and nonfriendly to satisfy the clients. The brokerage is appreciably high with respect to the other leading brokers. With its unclear and ambiguous charges it may appear as a trap to the traders. I never can recommend anyone to be trapped by this sort of firms.
