I have a Kotak Securities account. I am unable to transfer money from my bank to Kotak for trading. Logged a request with service.securities@kotak.com. Its been so long no response form them. every time when I send a mail only one standard reply, "we regret for the inconvenience, will get back to you shortly". They simply fool you around. They will ask repeatedly to send screen shots of the problem, nothing they will do about it..you should be sick and tired of sending mails to them and kept on calling them..they dont even bother. If you say should I cancel the account they are ready to take it, they won’t even try to convince that they gonna fix the issue.
Finally decided to close the account..suggest you guys also same.
