Initially they will offer you a very attractive packages so that you will invest your money with them, but after your investment they will forget you completely, customer support system is horrible.
They will also charge you so much money, so much fees and charges, which they do not disclose before.
So kotak is not good and they are very much nonprofessional, you can try icici or hdfc, they are offering quite good deals.
