I am unable to trade for more than a month. I keep getting a message that my account is inactive in both website and mobile app. However, the customer care keeps responding that my account is active and have been repeatedly asking for screenshots. Every time a new agent reads the email and sends the same response. I sent them the screenshots as well as a video. However, they keep asking for fresh screenshots every time.
I have escalated up to level 4. Levels 3 and 4 seems to be useless. None of the following numbers mentioned in KS website are working.
