Worst ever Customer Support

In last week I have subscribed for SMS Alerts from the Kotak Securities which has a very small value of income for Kotak but it is of very much importance to the customers.


I believe Kotak Securites is not listening to the customers at all. I have never received any information whether the service is activated or not. I have contacted customer service department number of times but they just say "concerned department has not yet reverted and we do not have any other solutions for your problem". If this is the way Kotak securities support customers then I am really worried about the service quality. After this complaint no. 3666002 has been lodged for which there is no clue yet.


Kotak securities charges the maximum brokerage but never provides services which matches even the smallest broker. No solution to problmes of the customer.


I have started this account with a zeal and enthusiasm that this will help me create wealth for me inspite of knowing that the brokerage charges are very high.


I have been facing the problems but Kotak Securities is not even interested to see to it that whether the customers are really satisfied or not.
