First of all, thanks for choosing to read my review. You might be wondering why my title is such. The reason is that I couldn’t find a proper word in any dictionary which could match their service.
My experience:
Kotak has debited 70 L from my account stating that NSE had auctioned my shares that were short-sold by me. For any auction that takes place, there will be NSE details pertaining to that auction.
After persistent follow-ups with their customer care (they didn’t understand my question!!!), I did not get any proper answer about the NSE auction details. Finally, I had to mark Mr.Uday Kotak in my email for which there was an instant response. This response didn’t help me because the person who called me told that the shares were not auctioned.
This means that Kotak Securities is a fraud broker who doesn’t have business ethics. They have cheated me by debiting such a huge sum stating that my shares were auctioned in NSE. In reality the auction never took place.
Hence, friends never ever get lured by Kotak Securities. They can get down to any extent to cheat you of your hard-earned money.
