The software sells the share twice when u wnat to trade once, there is little support from KOTAKSTREET THEY SOLD my maruti software twice as there was some glitch in software and debited my account. I havemade 5 requests to change my dp profile address and it isstill pendingfor lastthree months because ofthat I lost 25000 as one open offer document got misplaced It is one of theworst trading site and guys are plain cheat Itworks fine if you do not trade but if you trade then u r bound to get in problem. Height is that I recommended it to more than 10 ppl and it ran great in first 2-3 months but after their software update in Nov it is one of worst product and worst part is customer service is very bad mannered, and customers get treated like shit.You are kepr on a hold for 15 mins and they never provide with an answer. Or you are told to receive an expert’s call soon from them, which eventually never happens. You require lot of god’s blessing if you trade through Kotakstreet.com
