I bought four half sleeve shirts from the Koutons Dealer in Guwahati under the 50% + 30% scheme. after billing I was told that the scheme was valid only for 3 shirts and for the 4th shirt was entitled only for a discount of 50% + 20% entailing me loss of 55/-. I was forced to purchase the shirts by the dealer as the invoice could not be cancelled and the dealer could not give any proper reply to why it had happened. I was not able to lodge a complaint with the company as there was no address (e-mail or snail mail) on the bill or the shirts. A very poor show from the company. On the other hand the designs are very contemporary and the fabric is good. the variety is also vast. one only hopes the company is honest enough to admit its mistake and also prominently give its contact details either on the garment or on the invoice.
