I paid for a doctor consult and when I asked Dr. Jayanthi for a written report to get a second opinion for surgery recommendation from her.
Was told the hospital does not give even the patient a report?! This is ridiculous unless of course they are not sure their docs’ diagnosis will stand scrutiny?
Appalling process! I would not recommend this hospital to my worst enemies! I have been told by other doctors that in India a patient report can be provided to the patient- so I don’t understand why I’m being refused a written report. Shame on this hospital for not being patient responsive.
