I have been with KPIT for around 2 years now, there is no real career growth in the organisation. My suggestions for anyone thinking of joining the company is don’t join. There are no clear cut goals. I am stuck with KPIT, the policy of 3 months notice period is hard to get out with.
They are not good paymasters as well, the increments are less as compared to other IT companies, you get good pay only if you are experience. It is very difficult for freshers to grow. This time around there are no increments as well :(
