Dont know what the problem is with some guys, they are so intolerent. How come you expect non marathi work cultute in a marathi state. Infact its the case with every company. You go to any place companies usually have local flavour. And I dont find anything bad in it. Its infact good from a companys growth prospective. Local people will give more stability to company, they will be more satisfied in less salary and will be more productive. Unlike the case with outsiders is, outsiders are immediately willing to get to the managers position for obvious reason they come from outside, they happen to have less money and tremendous aspirations. Its not bad to be aspiring, but getting frustrated and taking out that frustration on a particular community is bad. You should be thankful that you atleast got job because of marathi people. Why dont you have these opportunities at your place, if you are competitive enough then create them. dont waste time blaming us. Look at the plight of outsiders in pune in other companies, they are so addict udta punjab types they cant even hold mouse properly. They cannot write a proper pl-sql query and are expecting to be promoted to Team lead position in 3 years just because they speak few words in english properly, you should try career options in media instead, in IT you need to be techinically sound as well. What do the outsiders do with their marathi colleagues in other companies, does a non marathi support a marathi in promotion no not at all.
