I have been using KPN service for many years and used to appreciate their service but recently their service is getting worst .Last week I traveled with my family from Bangalore to Karaikal and had a bitter experience. They started 30 minutes late from Bangalore and reached the destination by about 2 hours late. This was mainly due to the bus taking different routes and stopping at all villages and town like BMTC on the way to delivery the parcel.
We felt as if we are traveling in a goods vehicle. I last my patience and asked the driver why you are stopping at all places, he bluntly told” Don’t ask me, if you want , go and complaint in the office”.It was really a worst experience for me keeping my kid hungry till morning 10.30 AM and having no courtesy from the drivers to stop in a decent place for food.
The same day I returned Bangalore by KPN and for dinner he stopped in a worst place. In spite of so many good hotels in Kumbakonam he stopped in a non-veg hotel on the highway just outside Kumbakonam. Looking at the place, me and my family had only biscuits for dinner.
KPN was a good travels and it is a history now. Please think before you travel with KPN.
