I would give no star for KPN Travels had there been a choice, I would rate it as a minus 5 out of a five. This is the crappiest of the lot. They made us get of our bus at 3 AM because they did not have enough passengers in our bus and then put us in another crap hole they had. When we asked why, the employees were very very rude and started cursing us.
To make it worse, these scum bags moved me from a Volvo multi axle to the last seat in a sleeper.
The buses they have are all tattered up and in a very bad shape. There is a hell a lot of noise inside the cabin because the seats are squeaky. Not sure if they "Ever" cleaned the seats in the last 5 years. Had to spread my shawl on the seats to cut down the intensity of grossness.
And now the smell. Yes they used Air fresheners but that does not fix the smell from the curtains and the seats. Hence I find it appropriate to call KPN Travels a crap hole on wheels. Folks like KPN should be driven out of business.
