I traveled on the 19th night at 11.15pm from T Nagar, Chennai to Trichy. The bus left on time but on the way one of the tyres started emitting smoke and burning smell. The bus did not have a spare tyre. The bus was halted in some remote area and it was about 2 hours wait before a spare tyre was brought by someone from some nearby center. Again the replaced tyre was so poor in condition, the driver had to drive at crawling speed and finally reached Trichy at 9.30am. This is the worst experience I had ever faced with a private operator.
Please do travel in KPN if you are looking for some bad experience for a change.
