Kpn travels is very good in terms of cust service, the tickets r always available n they arrange anyhow for options.
I was in bangalore n wanted to head pune n online tickets were not avilable so I got their number from online n tried it was so helpfull. they not only gave me tickets at cheap rate but also gave options of buses.
they told me they can pick me up from station n will drop me to bus stop
