Finally I get a chance to vent it out... I always wanted to complain about the worst experience I have most of the time I travel with KPN. I have been using their service for the past 10 years. In the earlier years the service used to be good. But in the last few years it is gone down to the dumps.
The new staff have always been rude. I have seen many instances where they use filthy language and mistreat customers. The bus drivers are also rude these days. They delay a lot and focus more the the cargo than the passengers. Their buses are full of bugs. First they suck you dry with high bus fares and then the bugs suck what ever you have left. Each and every journey for the past 3 years has been very painful. The complaint number does not work.
Finally I have an alternative.... ABT travels.... Whew! what a relief. I will never want to travel KPN again... I wish their buses burn in hell whit the owners and their staff.
