These days this travels is so worst they don’t even give proper answer , few months back my wife and kid had to travel to Coimbatore @1.30pm but they arrived 15 minutes late I had requested them but they turned down my request they did’nt give any alternate bus nor they didn’t refund the amount, after this incident, my inlaws had booked the ticket for same destination and the bus arrived @ 2.30pm when I questioned them they never replied and one of them was abusing us.Hope some measures to be taken by the travel higher ups.
Few days back my father inlaw traveled by same travel he was supposed to alight at avinashi but with out any information to the passangers the asked the few passengers to get down at erode it , was a horrible situation as he is diabetic patient if something would have happen do this KPN take responsibility.I here by request you all to travel by state owned buses .
